Service Areas in Monterey County
I provide real estate appraisal services in Monterey County as far south as King City including Pine Canyon.
My basic price guidelines cover properties north of a line connecting Carmel Highlands, Carmel Valley Village and Chualar.
South of this line please add the following zone surcharges as applicable.
Zone 1 - ADD $75. Carmel Valley Road and its tributaries from Sleepy Hollow Subdivision to the most southerly entrance to the Cachagua area. Cachagua Road including Sky Ranch Estates, Princess Camp, Trampa Canyon and properties on Tassajara Road to Jamesburg. Salinas Valley from Chualar through Gonzales and the City of Soledad. Highway One from Otter Cove to Molera State Park.
Zone 2 - ADD $150. Salinas Valley from South of Soledad through Greenfield and King City including Arroyo Seco and Pine Canyon. Highway One from Molera State Park to Nepenthe.
I currently do not offer services in the Salinas Valley south of King City nor do I accept assignments along the coastal corridor south of Nepenthe in Big Sur. |
